Can I also return individual products from a set?
Of course, you can also return just one part of the set.
To do this, simply go to the returns portal and enter your order number and email address, then select the set from the products listed.
You then have the option of choosing a reason and can also leave a note for our team. Simply write in which product you would like to return and then click on “Carry out return”. We will then take care of everything else and you will receive a partial refund.
We are also working on improving our returns portal and hope that we will soon be able to offer an option to register individual products from the set. :)
I have received the wrong product, how can I register it?
We are sorry that you have received the wrong product. You are welcome to contact our customer service directly and we will send you the correct one.
You then register the return via our portal. You will need your order number and the e-mail address you used to place the order. Our portal will list the products you ordered. Select the product that you have not received and “Incorrect product received” as the reason.
In the “Note” field, you can now simply write which product you have received.
