Which products should be avoided during pregnancy and breastfeeding?

Retinol products

Please do not use retinol products during pregnancy. This is only a precautionary measure,
as oral ingestion of large amounts of vitamin A has been linked to possible birth defects.
While it has not yet been proven that skin care products can also have this effect.
In general, however, we think that a certain amount of caution cannot hurt here.

Eyelash serum

Although our eyelash serum does not contain any hormones or unnecessary additives,
there are unfortunately no studies on its use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Therefore, we would not recommend its use here. For more information,
we recommend that you consult your doctor.

AHA peeling and BHA peeling

Basically, our peeling is so low in concentration that it is not considered a concern
even during pregnancy. However, the skin changes due to pregnancy hormones and can
react to external influences differently than usual. We would play it safe and recommend
you to consult with your dermatologist or gynecologist!

Clay mask

Since this contains a small amount of salicylic acid, like our peeling.

All other products can also be used without hesitation during this special time. All the best
for you!
