After receiving your order, you have 30 days to return any products you are not satisfied with. In this case, please send us an email to info@junglueck.com . In order for us to process your return as quickly as possible, please include your name, order number and email address. Please also let us know which products you want to return and the reason for your return.
We will then send you all the necessary information and the free return label by e-mail.
After you have notified us of the return via email, you have 14 days to return your products to us.
Please note that if you return a product above a certain minimum order value or order quantity , you will lose your right to any free product additions that may have been added. In this case, the free product must also be returned, otherwise we reserve the right to deduct and retain the product value from the amount to be refunded.
After the expiration of 30 days, a return is unfortunately no longer possible.
